About Glaceryn Digital

We are a United States based team that answers the messages sent to this site. Who is on the other end of the inquiry form, what happens after you press send, and the standards we hold ourselves to.

Who we are

We are a small team, and that shapes how inquiries work here. There is no call center and no tiered support queue. The people who read your message are the people who can answer it, which is why we ask for detail up front and why our replies tend to be specific rather than templated.

When you contact Glaceryn Digital, a person reads what you wrote. That is the whole point of this page: so the form on our contact page is not a black box. If your question touches the scope of a project, a quote, or something you are not sure fits, the same small group picks it up and decides how to answer.

Being small also means our process is not buried behind layers. There is one shared inbox, one shared calendar, and one shared set of rules for how we handle what arrives. New messages do not sit unread for weeks behind an automated filter — they land with the same people every time.

Why we built the contact page this way

Most contact pages fail in one of two directions: a five-field form nobody finishes, or a phone number buried three clicks deep. We went the other way on both. Four fields, visible labels, and the phone number displayed at the top and in the footer of every page.

The visit should end in a sent message or a call, not in a decision about which channel the company secretly prefers. That single test — does the visitor leave with their question in front of us — decided the layout, the field count, and the place the phone number sits.

What we set out to avoid

  • Long forms that ask for details before we have explained anything.
  • Phone numbers tucked behind a menu instead of on the page.
  • Placeholder-only fields that erase their own label while you type.

Our commitment to replies

Every inquiry gets a human response. If your question is answerable as written, we answer it. If it needs one missing detail, we ask for that detail rather than sending you a form letter. What we do not do is promise an exact response time, because a quote request genuinely takes longer to answer well than a short question, and we would rather be accurate than fast and empty.

What a reply from us looks like

It is written for your message, not copied from a template. Where scope or budget changes the answer, we say so. Where we are not the right fit, we say that too, instead of letting an inquiry sit. If your note arrives during working hours, it is read the same day. Outside working hours, it is read on the next business day, in the order it arrived.

What we will not do

We will not promise a fixed turnaround. A quote request and a two-line question do not deserve the same clock, and pretending otherwise would make the promise meaningless.

What we can help with

The contact channels here are for questions about our work, quote requests, and project inquiries. If you are not sure whether your request fits, ask anyway. A short message costs you a minute, and a clear yes or no costs us little. Turning away a question because it might not be a fit wastes everyone's time.

  • Questions about our work and how we approach it
  • Quote requests for a defined piece of work
  • Project inquiries where you are still shaping the scope
  • Requests you are unsure about — a clear yes or no is a fine outcome

What we do not do

We do not add inquiry senders to a mailing list. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. We do not route your message through an automated system that answers without understanding it.

These are limits we hold on purpose, and they apply regardless of which contact method you use — the phone, the inquiry form, or email. A question you send through one channel gets the same handling as any other.

The standards behind the form

The inquiry form follows a few design principles we actually believe in — the kind that matter to whoever is on the other end of it. These apply site-wide, not just on the contact page.

  1. 01

    Labels stay visible

Placeholder-only fields are a known readability problem: the moment you start typing, the question disappears. Our labels sit above the field and stay put while you type.

  2. 02

    Required and optional are stated

Required fields are marked, and optional ones say they are optional. Nobody has to guess which lines are mandatory before they press send.

  3. 03

One column, phone and desktop alike

A single-column layout works the same on a phone as on a desktop, so the form is not a desktop design that gets squeezed down to a narrow screen.

  4. 04

    Accessibility is not an add-on

Contrast, tap target size, and keyboard focus are part of the design, not a fix applied after launch. The form is meant to be usable before it is meant to be pretty.

How we handle your information

What you send is used to respond to you, and nothing else. The Privacy Policy linked in the footer covers the specifics: what we store, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. Reading a privacy policy is nobody's idea of a good time, so we kept ours short and wrote it in plain language.

Questions we get about inquiries

Short answers to the things people ask before sending their first message.

Who reads the inquiries sent to this site?

The Glaceryn Digital team. There is no call center or automated first filter; the person who reads your message is the person who can answer it.

Do you promise a specific response time?

No. Every inquiry gets a human reply, but quote requests take longer to answer well than simple questions.

Will contacting you add me to a mailing list?

No. Your details are used to respond to your inquiry and for nothing else.

Where do I start if my request is not clearly a fit?

Send it anyway. A short message costs you a minute, and a clear yes or no costs us little. Turning away a question because it might not be a fit wastes everyone's time.
