Tell us what you need. We answer with a person, not a queue.

This is the direct line. The inquiry form below takes a name, an email, an optional phone number, and your message, and nothing else. If typing it all out is more effort than the question deserves, the phone number sits at the top of this page and the email address is a short scroll away. Choose whichever one gets you to a person fastest.

The form, field by field

Four fields, one column, nothing you have to guess at

Your name so we know who is writing. Your email so we can reply. Your phone number, which you can leave blank if you would rather keep it to email. And the message box, which is where the inquiry actually lives. Visible labels stay next to each field while you type, so nobody has to guess what a box wants after the placeholder text disappears.

Only the fields we genuinely need are marked required. Optional fields say so in the label. Short forms get submitted; long ones get abandoned halfway, and an abandoned inquiry helps nobody. Anything extra belongs in the message box, where there is room for it.

What to Include in Your Message

Skip it if you would rather we reply by email. Nothing else changes.

What you send is used to respond to your inquiry and nothing else. You will land on a confirmation page after submitting, and the detail on how long we keep messages — and how to ask us to delete yours — is in the Privacy Policy.

A sentence or two in your own words beats a perfectly worded form. Write the request the way you would say it out loud.

Calls work well for deadline pressure and anything easier to explain out loud than in a box.

Call us

Phone, for when writing is slower

The Glaceryn Digital phone number is displayed at the top of this page and repeated in the footer. It is plain text: tappable on mobile, selectable on desktop, easy to copy into your own notes.

Call for quick questions, deadline pressure, or anything easier to explain out loud than in a box. If we miss you, a short voicemail with your name and number gets you a call back. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Email

Email as a third option

The email address reaches the same inbox as the form. Use it when you need to attach a document, loop in a colleague, or keep a written record from the first message. The form is text-only by design, which keeps it quick, but it is not the only way in.

If you attach a file by email, mention it in your form message so we connect the two in one look.

What happens next

Your message arrives with a person

Not a queue that nobody checks. It gets read, sorted by type, and answered. If your note is missing something we need to give a real answer, we ask for that one thing in a single reply rather than sending you a chain of small questions. You will know the form worked because you will hear back.

A note on response times

Simple questions tend to come back faster than quote requests, which often need a bit of thought before we put numbers on paper. We do not promise a specific clock, and we would rather give you an accurate reply than a fast empty one. If your timeline is tight, call instead of waiting.

Asking for a quote? Put the scope, rough timeline, and any budget range in the message box. The first reply will either be a quote or a couple of specific questions.

Straight answers

Questions people ask before they write

Four things that come up most often about the inquiry form, phone number, and email address. Anything else, ask it plainly in the form.

Do I have to give a phone number?

No. It is optional. If you would rather keep the exchange in email, leave it blank and we will reply by email.

Can I ask for a quote here?

Yes. Put the scope, rough timeline, and any budget range in the message box, and the first reply will either be a quote or a couple of specific questions.

What if I need to attach a file?

The form is text-only, so send the attachment by email using the address above. Mention it in your form message so we connect the two.

How will I know my message went through?

You will land on a confirmation page after submitting, and you will get a reply from a person at Glaceryn Digital.

One more thing

Whichever route you pick, a person reads it

Send the message, place the call, or write the email. All three arrive at the same place and all three get read during office hours. If you want the background first, the pages below explain how inquiries are processed and how to make yours easy to answer.
